Luis Paulo LUPPA is the Brazilian icon in sales training, having conducted 149 training programs in 2007, and author of three Brazilian best-sellers on the subject, including Pit Bull Salesman, published in more than 30 countries.
His work in this area has garanted him two important awards, Human Resources Personality of the Year by the Brazilian Association of Training and Development and Best Book of the Year on Sales by the magazine Vendedor. He also received the Revelation Award for Best Lecturer in Brazil.
Some of the companies that implemented his training program include Santander Group, Procter & Gamble, Mattel, and Tetra Pak Group.
Luis Paulo LUPPA received his B.A. in law and post-graduate degree in marketing in Brazil, as well as B.A. in retail in the United States, and MBAs in merchandising and business administration, sales promotion, and ECR in Europe and United States.

He started his professional career in the IBF Group as a traveling salesman, being promoted to regional sales representative, marketing coordinator and finally to national sales manager. He has since worked for one of Brazil’s ten major distributors, responsible for more than 150 sales professionals attending more than 15 thousand outlets as marketing manager for the Zamboni Group.

He also served as superintendent of the Filiperson Group and developed his international career as the superintendent director of the International Grocery Alliance.

He worked as commercial director of the Cia. Melhoramentos de São Paulo, was vice-president of the Regina Group, and president of the Luz Perfumada Home Fragrances.

He is currently a lecturer.
